1. Platform scope

Xniffer is a market intelligence and educational analytics platform created to help users observe market conditions, price-action structures, volatility behavior, chart reference areas, historical patterns, technical market events, and general market behavior.

Xniffer may provide features such as:

• Educational dashboard access
• Price-action condition notifications
• Volatility and trend-awareness tools
• Historical pattern observations
• Educational reference areas
• Chart reference areas
• Risk-awareness information
• Self-learning modules
• Chart-based educational notes
• User dashboard and account-based platform access
• General market analytics for self-directed learning

The purpose of Xniffer is to help users understand market behavior better. Xniffer is not created to instruct users to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, average, hedge, invest, or trade any security, derivative, index, stock, option, future, commodity, currency, or financial instrument.

Xniffer acts as a supportive analytical tool, not as a decision-maker. Xniffer may show educational observations, technical conditions, historical information, and dashboard-based data points, but the user remains fully responsible for interpreting such information independently.

2. Services Xniffer does not provide

Xniffer is not a stock tip provider, signal seller, investment advisory service, research analyst service, portfolio advisory service, broker, sub-broker, execution platform, money management service, copy-trading service, auto-trading service, or guaranteed profit platform.

• Research recommendations
• SEBI-registered Research Analyst services
• SEBI-registered Investment Adviser services
• Order placement services
• Broker integration services
• Copy-trading services
• Auto-trading services
• Trade management services

Any information displayed on Xniffer should be treated only as educational and analytical information. Users must not interpret any dashboard reading, market-structure notification, chart reference area, historical statistic, pattern label, educational note, or platform output as a recommendation to take or avoid any trade.

3. Account access and paid activation

Xniffer may provide free or paid access to certain educational tools, dashboards, analytics panels, platform features, learning modules, or market-structure observation tools. Access may be provided through account registration, login credentials, activation fee, subscription fee, or other pricing models displayed on the website.

Any activation fee, including a fee such as ₹299 if applicable, is charged only for access to the platform, dashboard, educational tools, learning resources, or software features. It is not a fee for investment advice, research recommendation, trading calls, profit sharing, portfolio management, financial planning, wealth management, brokerage, trade execution, or guaranteed market returns.

Payment for Xniffer access does not create any adviser-client, research analyst-client, broker-client, fiduciary, portfolio management, or financial planning relationship.

Xniffer reserves the right to modify, upgrade, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, plan, dashboard, educational module, notification system, or platform service at its discretion.

4. User declarations and consent

At the time of registration, activation, or payment, users must agree to the following declaration:

“I understand and agree that Xniffer is an educational and analytical software platform only. Xniffer does not provide investment advice, trading advice, research recommendations, buy/sell calls, target prices, stop-loss levels, portfolio advice, wealth management, trade execution, or guaranteed returns. I understand that all market decisions are made independently by me and I am solely responsible for my own profit, loss, risk, and trading or investment decisions.”

Users who do not agree with this declaration should not register, pay, access, or use Xniffer.

5. Prohibited conduct

Users must not misuse Xniffer or misrepresent its content.

Users are not allowed to:

• Present Xniffer notifications as buy/sell calls
• Present Xniffer observations as trading tips
• Resell Xniffer content as signal services
• Share dashboard access with others
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or duplicate the platform
• Use Xniffer content for illegal or misleading promotion
• Claim that Xniffer guarantees profit
• Claim that Xniffer provides SEBI-registered advice unless officially stated after valid registration
• Claim that Xniffer provides research recommendations
• Use Xniffer to mislead other traders or investors
• Use Xniffer content to run paid/unpaid tip channels, advisory groups, or signal communities

Violation of these terms may lead to account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Acceptance of these terms

By using Xniffer, the user confirms that they understand the nature of the platform.

Xniffer is not an advisory service. Xniffer is not a research recommendation service. Xniffer is not a signal service. Xniffer is not a trade execution service. Xniffer is not a guaranteed profit platform.

Xniffer is only an educational analytics and market-intelligence software platform for self-directed users.

All final decisions belong to the user.

All risks belong to the user.

All trades, investments, profits, losses, and consequences belong to the user.

If the user does not understand or accept these terms, they should not use Xniffer.
