1. Nature of delivery
Trial and Prime are digital access plans delivered through the registered Xniffer account.

Xniffer provides digital educational platform access. No physical product is shipped.
2. Activation
Access is activated electronically after email verification and successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway. A failed, abandoned or unverified payment does not activate membership.
3. Delivery timing
Activation is normally immediate after verified payment. Temporary delays may occur because of payment-gateway, email, network or platform availability.
4. Delivery problems
Registered users should create a support ticket from their account. Include the payment date, plan and Razorpay payment reference, but never include card details, OTPs or passwords.
5. No physical shipment
Xniffer does not dispatch books, hardware or physical certificates under the current access plans.
