What is Xniffer?
Xniffer is a structured trader-development and paper-training platform focused on discipline, journaling, setup practice and guided learning.
Does Xniffer provide buy or sell calls?
No. Xniffer does not provide recommendations, trading calls, target prices, guaranteed returns or portfolio management.
How do I create an account?
Complete the registration form, verify your email using the OTP sent to you, then complete Razorpay payment for the selected plan.
Can two accounts use the same contact mobile number?
Yes. Email is the account identity. Mobile is contact information and is not used for login.
Can I log in with my mobile number?
No. User and affiliate login and password recovery use email only.
What opens during Trial?
Trial provides the Training Room and Market Practice foundation for three days. Course and Advanced Practice remain locked.
Can I activate Prime while Trial is active?
Yes. Prime activation is available on every Trial day whenever Prime is not active.
What happens when access expires?
Protected pages and backend APIs relock. Your account remains available for login, support and renewal.
How does day-by-day course access work?
The backend calculates your Prime day from verified membership dates. Days cannot be advanced by changing browser storage.
How do refunds work?
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Digital access may begin immediately after verified payment, so review the policy before checkout.
How do I contact support?
Before registration, use the Contact page. Registered users can create and follow support tickets within their account.
