Any activation fee, including a fee such as ₹299 if applicable, is charged only for access to the platform, dashboard, educational tools, learning resources, or software features. It is not a fee for investment advice, research recommendation, trading calls, profit sharing, portfolio management, financial planning, wealth management, brokerage, trade execution, or guaranteed market returns.

Payment for Xniffer access does not create any adviser-client, research analyst-client, broker-client, fiduciary, portfolio management, or financial planning relationship.

Xniffer reserves the right to modify, upgrade, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, plan, dashboard, educational module, notification system, or platform service at its discretion.

8. Privacy Policy

Xniffer may collect certain user information for account creation, platform access, communication, payment processing, support, security, service improvement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Payments made to Xniffer are for access to educational software tools, dashboard features, market-structure analytics, learning resources, and platform services only. Payments are not made for trading advice, investment advice, research recommendations, buy/sell calls, targets, stop-loss levels, profit guarantees, portfolio services, wealth management, trade execution, or personal financial guidance.

Refund rules:

• Refunds, if any, will be governed by the refund policy displayed at the time of payment.
• Once platform access is activated, fees may be non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Refunds may not be provided for user dissatisfaction caused by market movement, trading losses, misunderstanding of analytics, expectation of trading calls, expectation of profit, or expectation of personal advice.
• Xniffer may consider refund requests only in cases such as duplicate payment, failed activation after successful payment, or technical error verified by Xniffer.
• Refund requests must be sent to support@xniffer.com with payment proof and registered account details.
• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method as decided by Xniffer.
• Approved refunds for duplicate payment or verified technical/payment activation issues will generally be processed within 7-15 working days, subject to payment gateway, bank, or service-provider timelines.

Cancellation of subscription, if applicable, will stop future billing but may not automatically result in refund of already paid fees unless specifically mentioned.

10. User Agreement Checkbox

At the time of registration, activation, or payment, users must agree to the following declaration:

“I understand and agree that Xniffer is an educational and analytical software platform only. Xniffer does not provide investment advice, trading advice, research recommendations, buy/sell calls, target prices, stop-loss levels, portfolio advice, wealth management, trade execution, or guaranteed returns. I understand that all market decisions are made independently by me and I am solely responsible for my own profit, loss, risk, and trading or investment decisions.”

Users who do not agree with this declaration should not register, pay, access, or use Xniffer.

11. Accuracy, Data and Technical Limitations

Xniffer attempts to provide useful educational analytics and market-structure observations. However, Xniffer does not guarantee that any information, data, notification, calculation, display, dashboard, chart reference area, educational note, or analysis will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

There may be delays, technical issues, incorrect calculations, data feed errors, server downtime, internet failures, device problems, software bugs, third-party service disruptions, browser issues, exchange/data-source issues, or payment gateway issues.

Users agree that Xniffer is not liable for any loss, missed opportunity, incorrect interpretation, trading decision, financial loss, business loss, emotional distress, or damage caused directly or indirectly by use of the platform.

Any examples, illustrations, case studies, historical charts, screenshots, backtest summaries, educational explanations, sample market structures, or sample conditions shown on Xniffer are for educational explanation only.

Such content must not be treated as:

• A trading instruction

• A target or stop-loss suggestion
• A guarantee of repeated results
• A personal suitability assessment

13. Prohibited User Conduct

Users must not misuse Xniffer or misrepresent its content.

Users are not allowed to:

• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or duplicate the platform
• Use Xniffer content for illegal or misleading promotion
• Claim that Xniffer guarantees profit
• Claim that Xniffer provides SEBI-registered advice unless officially stated after valid registration
• Claim that Xniffer provides research recommendations
• Use Xniffer to mislead other traders or investors
• Use Xniffer content to run paid/unpaid tip channels, advisory groups, or signal communities

Violation of these terms may lead to account suspension or termination without refund.

If the user does not understand or accept these terms, they should not use Xniffer.
